The Citizens drew 3-3 at home to Feyenoord in the Champions League’s fifth round stage on Tuesday night, with Man City leading 3-0 but having to draw, leaving them with eight points. 

“It was very difficult (to take) 3-0 down, we played very well and controlled the game but after that everything changed.

“We have to keep a strong mentality. At 3-1 they (Feyenoord) put more pressure on us but I think we should have been alert before then to keep putting pressure on them, but we still played from the back and sometimes invited them to break through.

“There was more pressure after conceding the second goal and we had to stay mentally strong.

“Yes, I think so. We let the win slip away. If you are 3-0 up at home, you should not throw the game away like that. It happened now. All we can do is fight and stand firm.” ( zbet911 )
