Wilkins, a former first-round draft pick in the 2019 class, spent the first five years of his career with the Miami Dolphins. He signed a four-year, $110 million contract with the Raiders last offseason, but suffered a metatarsal injury in a Week 5 game against the Denver Broncos that required surgery and an indefinite hiatus.
