Mundo Deportivo reported on Sunday that Barcelona’s pre-season match against AC Milan at the M&T Bank Stadium on Tuesday, August 6, is likely to see thunderstorms.

Ahead of Saturday’s ‘El Clasico’ between Barcelona and Real Madrid, thunderstorms delayed the game, but it resumed as normal with the Blaugrana claiming a 2-1 victory. 

Barcelona’s final pre-season game in the United States against AC Milan on Tuesday is at risk of another thunderstorm, according to reports.

Current weather forecasts predict a 90 percent chance of thunderstorms in the vicinity of M&T Bank Stadium, the home of the Barcelona v AC Milan game. 

That has led all parties to take safety measures in the United States by suspending outdoor activities if thunderstorms and lightning are expected within an 8-mile radius. There is a possibility that the game may have to be called off at some point if it is not safe. ( wilson88  )
