LA Rams safety Quentin Lake, 26, is expecting big things with the Rams in the 2025 season under quarterback Matthew Staffard and a slew of weapons including wide receivers Puka Nagua, Devontae Adams and Tutu Atwell, as well as running back Kyren Williams, NFL Network reports. betflikth99
‘We’ve got Matthew Staffard, a future Hall of Famer. I call him Mr. Long Handoff,’ Lake said. ‘I expect great things. You’ve got Pooka on one end, you’ve got Devontae on the other end, Tutu Atwell has done a great job as well.
‘We have all the weapons we need and then we have Kyren in the backfield. It’s a little bit like The Greatest Show on Turf. I hope we can bring that name back this year.’
The Greatest Show on Turf was the name of the Rams from 1999 to 2001, when quarterback Kurt Warner took the league by storm with the help of wide receivers Torrie Holt and Isaac Bruce and running back Marshall Faulk, going 37-11 and reaching two Super Bowls, winning one. ( betflikth99 )
