betflikth99 Legendary captain Kelly recovers from cancer and returns home

betflikth99 Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly has battled oral cancer for a long time and is now recovering at home amid congratulations from the league.

The former Buffalo Bills quarterback announced in June 2013 that he had a tumor in his lower jaw that required surgery, but in March 2014, it turned out to be cancer that he was battling.  betflikth99

Throughout that year, Kelly had to undergo chemotherapy and receive continuous care until September 2017 when no malignant cells were found. However, she had to observe her symptoms for a while until her symptoms improved satisfactorily and she was given the green light to go home.    

The news was announced by the Bills to NFL fans, and other franchises including the New York Giants, LA Rams, Arizona Cardinals and even former wrestler Ric Flair tweeted his well wishes. 

Now 58, Kelly played for the Bills from 1986-1996, leading the team to four consecutive Super Bowl appearances (25th-28th), but failed to capture the Vince Lombardi Trophy. ( betflikth99 )
