bgames666 Trey Hendrickson’s future remains under close scrutiny as he is either traded out of the Cincinnati Bengals or remains with the Bengals.

Cincinnati Bengals executive vice president Cathy Blackburn said the future of Trey Hendrickson remains to be seen, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.  bgames666

The Bengals have recently invested in long-term extensions with wide receivers Ja’Mar Chase and Tee Higgins, as well as veteran wide receiver Mike Gesicki, while Hendrickson remains untraded or signed, although the Panthers are keen to retain the NFL’s sack leader.

“As you try to put all these pieces together, you eventually come up with some limitations,” Blackburn told Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer. “He seemed very confident about it and thought there was some interest out there, so we said let’s at least explore it.”

‘So we don’t do that all the time, but in this case, we felt it was the right thing to do on a case-by-case basis, and he’s still a Bengal, so we’ll just have to wait and see. It’s just something that we’ll continue to look at.’

‘I think he’s probably happy to a degree that he probably doesn’t think he’s happy to,’ Blackburn added. ‘I think he’s probably happy to a degree and if he’s not, you know that’s something that’s going to make him happy. So you know he’s got to say yes to something and we’ve got a lot of respect for him. He’s a great player, we’re delighted to have him and maybe we can find a way to make something work.
