Quarterback Drew Lock, 28, has agreed to a two-year, $5 million deal with the Seahawks to return to Seattle, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. bgames666

Lock was Geno Smith’s backup in Seattle from 2022-23 before the 28-year-old quarterback signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants last season. He played in eight games (five starts) with the Giants, completing 59.1 percent of his passes for 1,071 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions. He also rushed for 133 yards and two scores.

The former 2019 second-round draft pick is leaving New York after the Giants signed veteran quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. Lock will join the Seahawks’ quarterback room alongside Sam Darnold, Sam Howell and Jaren Hall. 

Lock started 28 times in six years with the Denver Broncos, Seahawks and Giants, going 10-18 for 6,354 yards, 34 touchdowns and 28 interceptions. ( bgames666 )
