The 9-6 Seahawks need to beat the 7-8 Cardinals and hope the Carolina Panthers beat the Atlanta Falcons at the same time for Carroll’s team to make the playoffs for the sixth year in a row. 

‘It’s a championship game for us,’ Carroll said before leading his team to face the Cardinals. 

The Cardinals have won three of their last four visits here, and head coach Bruce Arena hopes to end the season with a similar victory. 

‘We know that’s their stadium. We’re going to go there and kick their ass,’ Arena said.
