However, Ipswich did not stop there as late that same day, Sky Sports reported that the club had submitted a request to Chelsea to consider a loan for Broja for the 2024/25 season.

The 22-year-old forward has attracted interest from teams in Germany’s Bundesliga and Italy’s Serie A, as well as Premier League clubs who are ready to make a move for the Albanian striker.

The Blues are now considering the offers and assessing which direction would be the best for all parties.

Although Broja is only a reserve player, it seems that Chelsea still feel sorry if they let him go permanently, so Ipswich sees an opportunity to negotiate a loan.
