Carter says Lowry next to hang up Raptors jersey 123over 

123over NBA Hall of Fame forward Vince Carter believes veteran guard Kyle Lowry has what it takes to be the next big thing in the NBA if the Toronto Raptors retire his jersey number. 123over 

Carter ‘s No. 15 jersey was recently hung under the roof of Scottie Bank Arena , with speculation about who should be next.  

One of them is the name of shooting DeMar DeRozan, who is currently with the Sacramento Kings, but there is a dramatic backlash from Drake, a famous rapper and franchise ambassador, who disagrees with it. If he really retires his jersey, he will climb up and take it down himself.  

This time, we asked for the opinion of the Hall of Fame forward , nicknamed ‘ Air Canada ‘ . He suggested Lowry, the plump guard currently with the Philadelphia 76ers , because he has the qualities to play for the Raptors for a long time , has good conduct and was part of the historic 2019  championship.
