Napoli failed to reclaim top spot from Atalanta after suffering a 1-0 defeat at Lazio, making it two consecutive Coppa Italia defeats for the Blue Eagles in midweek.

“I think this match showed clearly that we are on the right track because our football idea is to be aggressive and try to create danger in possession,” Conte said.

“Of course we need to improve our process and in the final third, this is not the first time we have had a lot of possession in the opponent’s half but couldn’t do more than that.”
