    Browns fired executive vice president Sachie Brown on Thursday, but Jackson will remain as the Browns’ head coach next year.

    “Hue Jackson is still our coach and will return for the 2018 season, but we felt it was important to take significant steps to strengthen our personnel,” owner Jimmy Haslum said in a statement. “We have begun the process of discussing the leadership of our football operations and will make further improvements as appropriate.”

    Jackson is 1-27 since taking over as Browns head coach in 2016 and is 0-12 this year with four games remaining, against the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers. ( cosmo365 )
