cup1688 Dolphins scoop up quarterback Petty out of job

cup1688 The Miami Dolphins are expanding their roster ahead of the 2018 season by bringing in out-of-work quarterback Bryce Petty, who was recently let go by the New York Jets.

Petty was cut from New York on Friday, but was soon scooped up by fellow AFC East side Fulham, only to be brought farther south in Florida.  cup1688

It is believed that he will be brought in to compete for a reserve seat at Hard Rock Stadium, as Ryan Tannehill is currently firmly in the starting lineup, while backups such as Brock Osweiler or David Falls are still just average enough to compete for the job. 

For Petty’s entire career, after being drafted in the fourth round in 2015 by the Jets, he has started seven games (1-6 record), completed 53.1 percent of his passes, gained 1,353 yards, converted into four touchdowns and gave up 10 interceptions.  ( cup1688 )
