There has been some speculation as to why Fox’s performance has been lackluster this season, with the player trying to explain that there are still problems from the off-season, when X-rays showed no fractures, but rather a ligament problem. 

“It’s probably a ligament in the finger,” Fox told the Sacramento Bee. 

“I don’t want to use my injury as an excuse for my inconsistent form, because there are both Bangkok players who shoot accurately and games where I shoot badly.” 

“You just have to try to get used to it.” 

The All-Star guard has yet to miss a game this season and has no plans to do so, opting to tape his pinky finger along with his ring finger.  

In 6 games this season, Fox has shot just 26.8% from distance, a career-worst. Player1688
