Detroit Lions general manager Brad Holmes believes veteran wide receiver D.J. Chark, 25, has the talent to be a good fit for the Lions’ offense since signing a one-year, $10 million contract last month, NFL Network reported Sunday.  ( gameintr88 )

Chark entered the league as a second-round draft pick in the 2018 class and played his first four professional years with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2019 with 73 catches for 1,000 yards and eight touchdowns, but has been plagued by injuries over the past two years and has played in just four games of the 2021 season due to an ankle injury.
