Sarr was drafted No. 2 in the 2024 class and has had the opportunity to practice voluntarily and has competed in the Summer League tournament.  ( wilson88 ) 

As someone who has been following the band since its inception, Dawkins is confident that Wiz fans will find it easy to fall in love with the Frenchman. 

“To be honest with everyone, I don’t set any limits,” he told the Monumental Network podcast.

“ I think the kid is the type of person that at the end of the season you have to say , ‘ Okay, that guy made a difference .’

“ He will make his mark throughout his first year of career, both positively and negatively, but that’s something that has to be learned for the long term .”

“ I think everyone will be thrilled together .” 

The 19 -year-old, 7- foot- 1 player made his professional debut in the Australian league for the Perth Wildcats last season.
