hotfuns German winger Moritz Boehringer still has a chance to pursue his NFL dreams after the Cincinnati Bengals gave him another chance to prove himself.

The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a deal with former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Moritz Boehringer, giving the 24-year-old a chance to make his first NFL appearance if he impresses during preseason camp. hotfuns

Boehringer, 24, was drafted by the Vikings in the sixth round of the 2016 draft and signed a four-year, $2.49 million deal. He was one of the surprises of the preseason, but the German wide receiver underperformed in summer camp and did not make the roster after spending his entire rookie year on the practice squad before being released by the Vikings on Sept. 17 last year.

The German wide receiver hadn’t watched American football until he was 17, when he watched highlights from former Vikings running back Adrian Peterson on YouTube. Now 24, he might be on the roster if he can impress in the Bengals’ training camp and make his first professional NFL appearance.

Boehringer plays wide receiver but has the big, burly build of a wide receiver. The 24-year-old is 6-foot-4 and weighs 228 pounds, and the Bengals could use him as a wide receiver as well.  ( hotfuns )
