The latest report from ‘ESPN’ states that the 7-year veteran player will definitely not receive a contract extension from the ‘Pats’. After March 14, he will be out of the market. That has led the Jets and Colts, who are looking for a sure weapon, to approach him. 

Last season, his average performance was 5 rushing yards, 32 receptions, and a total of 9 touchdowns (6 rushing, 3 receiving).  

New England also has a running back roster that will not hold onto other free agents Rex Burkehead, James White, Mike Gillisley and James Develin, with only Brandon Boden receiving a new commitment.   ( hotfuns )
