The Jets selected Hall, a former Iowa State running back, in the second round of the draft (No. 36), with the 21-year-old running back being the only player yet to be signed. In the official contract before the ‘Green Gang’ made a rookie agreement with the 21-year-old running back before training camp.

In three years at Iowa State, Hall rushed the ball for a combined 3,941 yards and 50 touchdowns. He also caught 82 passes for 734 yards and six scores and was named to the first team. of ‘All-American’ in both 2020 and 2021 

The Jets plan to send Hall into the 2022 season, pairing him with former 2021 fourth-round draft pick Michael Carter. Hall is expected to be the team’s ideal weapon. Quarterback Zach Wilson both screens and checkdowns.
