Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, a transfer expert, reports that Kopmeiners remains a target for Juventus, despite signing a new midfielder this summer. ( wintime999 ) 

Juventus have announced the signing of Brazil midfielder Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa and are set to add Khephren Thuram after agreeing a deal with Nice, but that won’t stop them from planning a move for Kopmeiners next.

However, negotiating a deal for Kopmeiners will not be an easy task given Juventus’ financial situation this summer, with Atalanta keeping their asking price at €60m.

It means Juventus will have to sell players to free up the budget for reinforcements, with Arkadiusz Milik, Weston McKennie and Filip Kostic all not in new manager Thiago 

Motta’s plans, while Mathias Sule or Dean Hausen could also be included in a deal to reduce the Kopmeiners’ asking price.
