kindee1688 Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston is in the midst of a tragic endeavor as Nike has decided not to renew its sponsorship deal, amid a career-long scandal that could tarnish the brand’s image.

A Nike spokesperson confirmed to ESPN that Winston will not be offered a new deal after his current deal expires, after he was suspended and forfeited three games by the NFL for sexually abusing an Uber taxi driver in 2016.  kindee1688

It’s another bad omen for the former first-round draft pick in the 2015 class, after parting ways with his agent, being banned by the league and the organization opting not to hang a promotional image at Raymond James Stadium, despite being the No. 1 quarterback.

For the 2018 season, Winston will miss games against the Saints, Eagles and Steelers, and is set to return in Week 4 against the Bears.   ( kindee1688 )
