LeBron James’ agent, Rich Paul, believes the 38-year-old LA Lakers star forward will return to the NBA next season, a report from Cleveland.com revealed Saturday. 

After the Lakers lost 4-0 to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, James made some cryptic comments that many interpreted as the star forward suggesting he might retire this offseason. While few thought he would actually do so, no one can really be sure he’ll stay with the Purple-Gold, given James’ history of leaving the team every two or three years.

As James’ longtime agent Rich Paul was in Cleveland to launch his new sportswear brand, Clutch Athletics, he was asked if James would return for his 21st NBA season. Kindee1688
