Kindee1688  กินดี1688 Jarrod Mayo hasn’t ruled out any possibility for the No. 3 pick in the 2024 draft, sticking to just his quarterback selection. Even though such matters are of primary importance. Kindee1688  กินดี1688

Jarrod Mayo, head coach of the New England Patriots, revealed that selecting a quarterback with the No. 3 pick in the draft is a top priority for the Patriots. But it doesn’t block all options either. According to a report from NFL Network ( Kindee1688  กินดี1688 )

Many speculated that the Patriots would use their highest pick since 1993 to draft a new franchise quarterback after trading Mac Jones to Jacksonville. ll Jaguars, especially considering the many potential quarterbacks in this class.

Even Mayo admits selecting a quarterback in this year’s draft is a priority. But it is not yet a conclusion that the National Salvation Army will move forward only in that direction.

‘Right now it’s the first priority,’ Mayo said. ‘But having said that, You must really fall in love with this man. To get him at No. 3, so all options remain open for us.’

The Patriots want to maintain stability at the quarterback position. That has been a question mark since Tom Brady left the team in 2020, but Mayo has stated that using the No. 3 draft pick on a quarterback isn’t their only option.

If they decide to move in a direction other than selecting a quarterback. That could open the door for the Patriots to potentially trade the No. 3 draft pick to accumulate additional rights and select a quarterback from another round instead.

The Patriots currently have two quarterbacks on the roster. Following the signing of Jacoby Brissett, additional experience from Bailey Zappy.

‘Guys like Jacoby, he’s a great leader, everyone loves him,’ Mayo said of the 31-year-old quarterback. ‘Bringing him back into the building is definitely a benefit for us and, to be honest, he might. Be our true self this year We’ll have to wait and see. As I said We’re still deciding on a quarterback at No. 3, but we feel good about having a guy like Jacoby ready to go.’
