The first 3 minutes into the game, Lazio took the lead through Nicolo Rowella, who passed the ball into the penalty area for Bulay Dia to shoot with his right foot, but Mike Maignan saved it. 

Then Gustav Isaacsen had two chances in the first 15 minutes but failed to score. 

18 minutes, Milan had a chance. Rafael Leao crossed the ball to Tijani Reinder who shot with his right foot from the left side of the penalty area. Ivan Provedel also had to make a save.

However, 10 minutes later, Lazio took the lead 1-0 when Adam Marusic’s shot in the penalty area was saved, but Mattia Sacchani rushed in to rebound. 

Milan’s situation did not improve and they lost a player due to injury, Yunus Musah, who could not continue playing and had to be replaced by Joao Felix in the 37th minute. Then the first half ended with the away team leading. 

In the second half, in the 67th minute, the home team was left with only 10 players. Strahinja Pavlovic fouled Gustav Isaacsen, resulting in a red card and being sent off the field.

However, 10-man Milan equalised 1-1 in the 84th minute when Rafael Leao crossed from the left and Samuel Chukwueze headed home a superb effort.

There was some drama in the injury time when the referee checked VAR before deciding that Mike Maignan had tackled Isaksen in the penalty area, giving the away team a penalty, and Pedro took the shot in the 98th minute.

The game ended with Lazio winning 2-1 over 10-man Milan, making the home team’s situation even more stressful. ( moodeng )
