James Gladstone, 34, has been named the new general manager for the Jacksonville Jaguars, joining executive vice president of football operations Tony Bozelli and new head coach Liam Cohen, NFL Network reports.  ( mungme168 ) ( มั่งมี168 ) 

Gladstone, the former director of scouting for the LA Rams, was among the five finalists, along with Jaguars acting GM Ethan Vaughn, who took over from Trent Balki, Chicago Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham, Green Bay Packers vice president of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan and San Francisco 49ers executive Josh Williams. 

“I am honored to introduce James Gladstone as the new general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars,” team owner Shad Khan said in a statement. “James was my choice, and our choice, after a thorough but spirited interview process.”

‘There’s no question about it. All the candidates did a great job and I’m grateful to all of them for their preparation and time with us this week in Jacksonville. In the end, we found James to be a leader and he excelled in every way: vision, fresh ideas, communication, teamwork and a deep understanding of the league and our team.’
