Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Barry believes Shedoar Sanders is NFL-ready and decided to trade up to select the Colorado quarterback with the 144th overall pick in the fifth round, ESPN reports. mungmee168

“We’ve said many times that quarterback is the most important position in sports,” Barry said. “We certainly spent a lot of time with Shedour throughout the process. He’s very accurate, he plays the position well and he’s had a great college career, and we didn’t feel like picking two quarterbacks was the plan for the final week.”

‘But we believe in the best players we have, we believe in the value of the position. We don’t expect him to be in the fifth round, so we like to add competition to every position and add him to compete with the players we already have. We think that’s the right thing to do.’
