pgzen Amari Cooper is hoping to play a bigger role on the Buffalo Bills’ offense when they visit the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper has confirmed he is ready to join the Buffalo Bills after being traded from the Cleveland Browns, making his debut with a touchdown in last week’s win over the Tennessee Titans, NFL Network reports. pgzen

‘Yeah, definitely. I think that’s why they traded for me. I’m ready for a bigger role. I’m ready for a bigger opportunity,’ Cooper said. ‘I’m ready to take that opportunity.’

The Bills played just 18 snaps for Cooper after being traded from the Browns, completing 4-of-5 passes for 66 yards and a touchdown, all in the second half of a 34-10 win over the Titans.

“I thought he responded well. Obviously he wanted to get the first pass, he wanted to come back, but he did a great job of not making mistakes and again showing who he is, earning the trust and making some big plays in the second half, and you could see the impact on the offense,” Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady said.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen said of Cooper ahead of Sunday’s trip to the Seattle Seahawks, “Trying to get as much time as possible with him, talking about the little details of our game plan, what I want to see and vice versa, trying to get everything on the same page.”

‘But his professionalism is still there in the room. He’s always striving to improve his craft. It’s easy to talk about things he likes. I’m excited to see what he can do.’ ( pgzen )
