Manchester United are among a number of clubs interested in Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Galatasaray in Türkiye.

Napoli were reportedly keen to sell Osimhen last summer but talks fell through on deadline day, with Osimhen signing a new contract and moving to Galatasaray on loan instead.

Osimhen is currently contracted to Napoli until the summer of 2026, but the club still have the option to extend his deal by another year until 2027. They are also unable to sell the player this summer.

According to Calciomercato, Manchester United are prepared to offer Hojlund as part of a cash-plus deal for Osimhen, with the Denmark forward unlikely to be in Ruben Amorim’s plans next season, especially if the Red Devils sign a new striker this summer.

Napoli are also interested in former Bologna striker Joshua Zirkze but United are more likely to part ways with Hojlund, given the Dutchman’s versatility across the front three.

Sunday’s report suggests Napoli are monitoring the situation closely and also says the club need to sign one or two players if they want to convince Antonio Conte to stay beyond this summer.

Calciomercato also reports that Napoli are in talks with Lille over the signing of Kosovo winger Edon Chegrova, who has also been linked with Juventus. ( pony88 )
