The deal has a cap hit of $164 million and It is a guaranteed amount of 126 million US dollars. Including two important details such as no trading and no closing tags. 

From the deal, Prescott received an average of $40 million per year. That’s the second-highest salary in the league, behind only Patrick Mahomes, who will receive $45 million a year from the Kansas City Chiefs, and Prescott, who will receive $75 million in his first three seasons and bonuses.
