The New York Post Sports reported that Robinson has a timeframe to return to the court around December or January next year, and believes that it will be worth the time off because he will be 100% fit.  ( superwin636 )

Inside New York injured his ankle in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs against the Indiana Pacers, and is having the second surgery on his left ankle in his career. 

The 7-footer averaged 5.6 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 31 games last season, while also recording a career-high 4.6 offensive rebounds per game.

With Robinson out, New York is now down to just one professional center in Jericho Sims, as playoff standout Isaiah Hartenstein is out of contract and has joined the Oklahoma City Thunder as a free agent. 

It will be interesting to see if the Reds and Blues will have five new players before the October 22nd opening of the new season against the Boston Celtics .
