The Rockets, with a 41-41 performance last season, painfully missed out on the opportunity to play-in in the West. But got lucky in the draft lottery because it was as high as number 3. 

That gave the Stones the option to go with their immediate style. Or with full potential to continue polishing to take on the role of a core player in the future. 

“I think this year’s draft has a lot of talented players. Should be able to grab good players,” Stones revealed to ‘The Athletic NBA’.

“ According to the pages of history It was immediately unpredictable until the players we called unicorns showed their special abilities. ” 

“ Our plan is to enhance potential where we deem it appropriate to further the development of the team .”
