The Gunners thrashed Sporting Lisbon 5-1 in the Champions League’s fifth round on Tuesday night, leaving the Gunners on 10 points.

“We know that this season they (Sporting Lisbon) have not lost in this stadium, but we believe in ourselves, everyone played outstandingly. Today I am proud of all the players.

“It was a big penalty (Arsenal’s fourth) but I didn’t feel any pressure, I was confident.

“He (Martin Ødegaard) is an incredible player. The day he came back on the pitch I had a big smile on my face. You could see the chemistry between us. Hopefully he’ll be fit for the rest of the season.
