Sevilla sporting director Victor Orta is planning to sign two more players in January to bolster coach Francisco Javier Garcia Pimenta’s squad, Relevo reported on Friday.

Sevilla have allowed Argentine winger Lucas Ocampos to join Mexican side Monterrey, a deal that could prove to be a huge boon for Sevilla ahead of the January transfer window reopening. 

Sevilla are reportedly set to receive €12-13m in compensation for Ocampos’ sale, which, along with a cut in their previous wage bill, will free up the funds to sign two more players in the January transfer window, particularly on the wing to replace the departure of the Argentine forward and the injury to Cideira Ejuque.  ( wintime999 )
