superheng Boston Celtics new center Enes Kanter is smart on and off the court, and he recently accepted an invitation from former President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton to a dinner where they had a chance to talk about human rights. superheng

The 27-year-old player’s personal Twitter account @EnesKanter posted about having the opportunity to meet the 42nd President of the United States on Monday night (local time). He brought the #11 Celtics jerseys to give to the Clintons because he knew Bill was a fan of the franchise. One of the conversations was: ( superheng ) 

Kanter: Are you a Celtics fan? 

CLINTON: Definitely. A big fan of the four-leaf clover team. 

In another post, Kanter described having a conversation with the Clintons about human rights in Turkey, where he was born, and sharing his experiences with millions of others. 

Kanter has a political backing.

Kantor, originally a Turkish citizen, was denied entry by the Turkish government through letters to foreign ministries of other countries due to his alleged involvement in the revolutionary movement two years ago and his public criticism of the president, and was only allowed to stay in the United States.  

Until Senators Ed Markey of Massachusetts and Ron Weeder of Oregon lobby for special assistance, allowing them to travel across the border freely without being arrested. The next step is to propose the matter of becoming an American citizen.
