In a preliminary discussion about the plan, the first draft pick of the 2019 class told Complex Sports that the approach during training camp later this month, which emphasizes lightning attacks, he will have to adapt. 

“The Pelicans will be more consistent with their pace, that’s what they said,” the 19-year-old forward said.
