Tatum says Celtics’ win over Cavs was worthy hotfuns

The Celtics snapped a 15-game winning streak that saw Tatum top the table with 33 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and two steals. 

As a team, Boston made a total of 22 long-range shots, a whopping 53.7% from three-point range, with the 26-year-old forward making the most from long range with six. 

“We were very excited about the last game … The Cavs are the best team in the league since the start of the season, 15-0,” he said after the game at TD Garden. 

“They come here knowing they are the best team, and we feel the same way.” 

“It’s all about competition, so we were ready to fight last night.” 

The key to the Celtics’ victory was that the Cavaliers were slow to warm up, scoring just  20  points in the first quarter and  missing all  six  of their long-range shots . ( hotfuns )
