Wintime999  New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson has a follow-up appointment for center Mitchell Robinson in the next 6-8 weeks after suffering a sprained ankle. According to a statement from the team Wintime999 

Additional reports from ‘New York Post Sports’ say that this time frame makes him likely to miss the entirety of the 2024 post-season.  (  Wintime999   )

Through six playoff games this season, Robinson is averaging 2.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and one steal. From playing time of 19.1 minutes-per-game, New York now enters the second round, Eastern Division, to meet the Indiana Pacers.  

The 26-year-old has been plagued by injuries throughout this season, playing in just 31 total matches, a career low. For example, in December, he injured his ankle in a game with the Boston Celtics and was missing for a month.

The absence of the size 7-footer gives Precious Achiuwa the opportunity to get more game time in the second team. Of the playoffs, but now in the center position 

Despite a season-ending injury, Robinson averaged a career-high 8 points, along with 7.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks.
