Multiple sources, including Sport Italia, have confirmed that an agreement has been reached between the two teams.
It is expected that there will be an upfront payment of €7-7.5 million, plus a bonus of €2-3 million, plus a 10 percent share of future sales.
Coco, 25, was born and raised in Spain, but plays for Equatorial Guinea.
He has won 16 senior caps for his country, but has also scored three goals, which is not an easy feat for a defender.
Coco plays primarily as a centre-back, but can also move to the right or as a defensive midfielder.
A product of the Las Palmas academy, he also had brief loan spells at Espanyol and Horta.
Las Palmas are forced to sell him as his contract expires in June 2025 and he is likely to leave on a free transfer next summer.
