Tuanzebe has made 44 appearances for Ipswich over the last two seasons, mostly at right-back under Kieran McKenna.
However, Tuanzebe’s 2024/25 season was not smooth due to continuous injuries, making only 23 appearances in all competitions, with Ipswich finishing 18th and relegated back to the Championship.
The Athletic reports that Tuanzebe is set to undergo a medical with Burnley ahead of their return to the Premier League next season, and if all goes well, he will become the club’s third signing following left-back Quilindzhi Hartmann from Feyenoord and goalkeeper Max Weiss from Karlsruher.
Tuanzebe, now 27, began his footballing career with Manchester United at the age of eight and made his senior debut at 17. He then had two loan spells at Aston Villa, Napoli and Stoke City.
