So I would love to see a two-time MVP, a One Club Man, play in the Bay Area for his entire career. 

“That guy can ask for whatever he wants … I think that can be resolved,” he said at a news conference Friday (local). 

“And he’ll be a Warrior for life.” 

The deadline for the contract extension is 21 October, before the start of the next season’s competition calendar.

Curry has played for the Warriors for 15 years, having been drafted seventh overall in the 2009 NBA draft. 

The 10- time All – Star holds franchise records in points , 3- pointers made , assists and steals, while winning four NBA titles in eight Finals appearances .
