West Ham countdown to Füllkrug signing hotfuns

Sky Sports, a British media outlet, reported that West Ham United welcomed the arrival of Füllkrug and completed a physical examination of the German national team striker on Sunday. All procedures were completed without any problems.

Füllkrug will now follow the steps set by West Ham before signing a three-year contract, which runs until June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for a further year.

West Ham have already agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund, with the 31-year-old forward, who made 43 appearances in all competitions and scored 15 goals last season, set to cost £27.5m.

If the deal goes through, Füllkrug will become new head coach Julen Lopetegui’s fifth signing of the summer transfer window, following Luis Guilherme, Wes Foderingham, Max Kilman and Crysencio Summerville.

Füllkrug only got the chance to play for the German national team in 2022 and has so far scored an impressive 13 goals in 21 games, including two goals in the recent Euro 2024. ( hotfuns )
