123over Charlotte Hornets forward Grant Williams is out indefinitely after scans revealed damage to his right anterior cruciate ligament, which normally requires surgery and a recovery time of up to nine months, meaning the 2024-25 season is over. 123over 

The Charlotte Observer reports that Williams was injured in the fourth quarter of a 119-125 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks when he was driving toward the basket and his knee buckled and twisted in an awkward position. 

It’s a pity for the 25-year-old player who has made a great start this season, averaging 10.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals in 16 games. 123over
